These terms apply when you access pawtigopets.com or purchase products from Pawtigo Pets. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

1. Website operator

Pawtigo Pets is the trading name used by the operator of this ecommerce website. The official customer and legal contact email is support@pawtigopets.com. Enquiries can also be submitted through our Contact page. The website is hosted by Hostinger and operates using WordPress and WooCommerce.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe products, colours, measurements and materials accurately. Screen settings and supplier updates may cause minor differences. Products and prices may change, and availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

3. Orders and contract formation

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final total are shown during checkout. Payments are handled securely by the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery and tracking

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. Products may be fulfilled by specialist partners, including CJ Dropshipping, and items from one order may arrive separately. Tracking is provided when available.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Email support@pawtigopets.com promptly if you need to cancel an order. Once fulfilment has started, cancellation may not be possible. Return eligibility depends on the product condition, reason for return and mandatory consumer law. Personalised, hygiene-sensitive or used goods may be excluded where legally permitted. Contact customer care before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

7. Damaged or incorrect products

Email support@pawtigopets.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Pawtigo Pets name, site design, original text, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Supplier product imagery and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, misuse of products, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the website operator, while preserving any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to consumers in their country. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version.
